Terms of Use

The rules that apply when you use Rolio.

Effective date: June 7, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of Rolio. By creating an account or using Rolio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rolio. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms for you. You are responsible for the phone number used for verification, activity under your account, and keeping access credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You may use Rolio only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse invitations or contact discovery; impersonate another person; harass, threaten, or deceive others; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with or overload the service; reverse engineer the service except where law permits it; automate access without permission; or use Rolio in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

The service

Rolio provides casual games and social features. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may limit or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or maintain the service.

Your content and feedback

You retain ownership of information you submit. You give Rolio permission to host, process, and display that information only as needed to operate the service. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.

Third-party services

Rolio relies on third-party services, including Cloudflare and Twilio. Their services may be governed by separate terms, and Rolio is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rolio is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rolio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to privacy@rolio.app.
